NCATA Hall of Fame Eligibility

Nomination by voting member of NCATA
-
Current or Retired BOC Certified Athletic Trainer OR NCBATE Licensed Athletic Trainer

Must have been a practicing athletic trainer for a minimum of 20 years (need not be consecutive)*

Must have been a voting member of the NCATA for a minimum of 15 years (need to be consecutive)*
*Under extenuating circumstances, candidates who do not meet the above eligibility requirements may be nominated at the discretion of the NCATA Board of Directors.
NCATA Hall of Fame Selection:

Candidate must successfully complete HOF application (including submission of three recommendation forms and photograph)

Candidate application is scored using NCATA Scoring Rubric to determine qualification for NCATA Hall of Fame

Candidates meeting HOF scoring minimums must also receive 75% positive vote from NCATA BOD

The NOMINATION form is to be submitted to the NCATA President by October 7
-
The RECOMMENDATION form is to be submitted to the NCATA President by Nov 1.

The APPLICATION form is to be submitted to the NCATA President by Nov 1.
